Want a great fat-burning, muscle-building workout when you’re traveling or don’t have access to a gym? This high-intensity workout combines static and dynamic movements to torch calories while building strength.
Short on time? You can complete the express version (5 circuits) in just 35 minutes. Or, do the full series for a more intense workout. Best of all, this workout requires zero equipment and can easily be done in a hotel room. No excuses!
Equipment-Free High-Intensity Workout
Warm-Up: Do each exercise for 30 seconds, moving from one exercise to the next without resting.
- Run in Place
- Jumping Jacks
- Arm Circles
Complete the following circuit 5 times for a 35 minute express workout, or up to 10 times if you really want to feel the burn. Don’t rest between individual exercises or between circuits – keep moving!
- 30 Squats
- 10 Squat Jumps
- 20 Push-Ups
- 10 Dynamic Push-Ups
- 20 Sit-Ups
- 10 Burpees
Stretch for 3-5 minutes to cool down.
